Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from YoloScannableIDs.com, operated by Watchdog Tech LLC. Because most of our products are custom-printed or encoded to your specifications, our return and refund terms are designed to be fair to both sides.

1. Custom and Made-to-Order Cards

Full-color printed cards, VIP cards, loyalty cards, gym member IDs and any card encoded with your custom serial numbers are made to order. Once you approve your digital artwork proof, production begins and the cards cannot be restocked or resold.

Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund after proof approval. This is why we provide a free proof step before production.

2. Blank Stock Cards

Unopened blank stock NFC cards may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original, resalable condition with all packaging intact. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Misprinted or Miscoded Cards

If your order arrives with printing errors, color defects, or cards that do not read on your specified reader:

• Report the issue within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
• We will verify the defect against the approved proof.
• If the error is on our side, we will reprint and re-encode the affected cards at no charge.

4. Damaged in Shipping

• Save all original packaging and take photos of the box and damaged items.
• Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will file a claim with the carrier and ship replacements promptly.

5. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled at no charge before artwork proof approval.
• Once proof is approved and production has started, cancellations are not accepted.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the order arrived defective on our end.
