Send us the details via the quote form or email. We'll confirm compatibility and email a firm quote.

  • Quantity and target delivery date
  • Artwork file or a description of what you want

Approve your free proof

We produce a digital artwork proof with your encoding sample. You see exactly what gets printed before we run the order.

  • Proof emailed within 24 hours of artwork submission
  • Unlimited revisions on the proof itself
  • You reply "approved" and we start production

We print, encode & ship

Cards are produced, serialized and encoded in our Rochester NH facility. Tracking is emailed the day we ship.

  • Production: 2–3 business days after proof approval
  • Ships via UPS Ground or USPS from New Hampshire
  • Reorder anytime — your setup stays on file

Artwork guidelines

Send us a print-ready file and we'll handle the rest. If you don't have artwork, our design team can lay out a basic card for you at no extra charge.

  • Preferred formats: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), vector PDF, or high-res PNG/JPG at 300 DPI.
  • Card size: CR80 standard — 3.375" × 2.125", with 0.125" bleed on all sides.
  • Colors: CMYK. Include fonts converted to outlines or embedded.
  • Barcodes/QR: We generate and verify these during encoding.

What to expect on the timeline

A typical 500-piece printed order moves like this:

Day 0You submit quote request and artwork.
Day 1Quote sent; artwork proof emailed for approval.
Day 2You approve proof. Production begins.
Day 3–4Cards printed, encoded and QC-checked.
Day 5Order ships UPS Ground. Tracking emailed.
Day 6–8Delivery to most East Coast and Midwest addresses.
