Card type (VIP, loyalty, gym ID, NFC, gift card, fob), quantity, and your artwork file (AI, PDF or high-res PNG). If you don't know the chip type, send a photo of an existing card and we'll identify it.

Our barcode and QR cards work with Square, Clover, Shopify and most POS systems. NFC cards work with standard 13.56MHz readers. When in doubt, send us the software name and we'll confirm.

Blank NFC cards start at 100 pieces. Full-color printed cards start at 250 pieces. Premium VIP finishes start at 250 pieces. Sample packs of 5 blank cards are available for new customers.

Artwork proofs returned within 24 hours. Approved orders print, encode and ship in 3–5 business days. Transit within the continental US is typically 2–5 business days via UPS Ground.

Either works. If you have a designer, send a print-ready file. If not, our team will lay out a basic card using your logo, colors and text at no extra charge.

We include a QC check on every order. If any cards are misprinted or damaged in shipping, let us know within 14 days and we'll reprint the affected batch at no charge.

Yes — your artwork, encoding setup and account pricing stay on file. A quick email like "reorder 500 loyalty cards, same setup" is enough to get production started.

No setup fees on stock chip orders. Encoding, artwork proof and standard packaging are included. Premium finishes (matte black, holographic) and rush production are the only optional upgrades, disclosed up front.
