Payment Policy

This Payment Policy describes the accepted payment methods, billing terms and refund procedures for orders placed through YoloScannableIDs.com, operated by Watchdog Tech LLC.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). International card issuers may apply foreign exchange fees outside our control.

3. When Payment Is Due

• Orders under $1,500: Payment due at time of order. No deposit required.
• Orders over $1,500: 50% deposit at order confirmation, balance due before shipment.
• Net terms customers: Payment due within 15 days of invoice date (Net-15).

4. Net Terms

Net-15 payment terms are available for established business customers after their first completed order. Approved customers receive invoices by email and may pay by ACH or check.

5. Taxes

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within New Hampshire where required. Orders shipped to other US states are generally not taxed at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties and VAT.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where we shipped the wrong item or the order arrived defective. See our Return & Refund Policy.
