  • NFC/NTAG cards are more expensive than basic barcode cards.
  • MIFARE DESFire and custom encryption add per-unit cost.
  • Encoding to a custom list takes slightly longer than sequential ranges.

Print sides & finish

  • Single-sided print reduces cost slightly.
  • Matte black, metallic or holographic overlay is a premium upgrade.
  • UV spot color and serial numbers add a small setup charge.

Quantity & reorder cadence

  • Volume tiers break at 500, 1,000 and 2,500 pcs.
  • If you reorder quarterly, we can lock your tier pricing for the year.
  • Sample packs of 5 blank cards available for first-time buyers.

Payment & terms

  • Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ACH and wire transfer accepted.
  • Net-15 terms for established businesses after first order.
